Mill-city ceilings in Bristol County often cannot take the rail that a Norton or Easton subdivision can. Chain and belt drives fit many newer inland bays in Bristol County. Older bays in Taunton or New Bedford may already use a low mount, or may have no room for a rail until someone looks.
