Homeowners name a brand when they call because the badge is on the opener or the door. Naming it helps the person on the phone. We can still service that door. We are not an authorized dealer or a factory representative for the brand.
Opener names we work on are LiftMaster, Chamberlain, and Genie. Door names are Clopay, Wayne Dalton, and Amarr. Other brands exist and can still be described on a call. There is no online parts store and no pickup counter.
