Malden
Malden is the dense city between Medford, Everett, Melrose, and Revere. Malden has close-set multi-family houses along busier streets. A bay is uncommon, and when it exists it is a small single opening near the sidewalk. Do not run an opener if the door is crooked. Malden sees street snow and freeze-thaw.
Malden sees slightly inland of Revere's beach. Keep people clear of a stuck door. Do not force it. We secure a door that is open, jammed, or off the track, and we repair the part that failed. That is often a spring or a cable. Same-day service depends on the schedule, and it is not a promise of the next hour.
Running the motor harder will not fix a door that slams shut or feels too heavy. We correct the weight and then reconnect the motor. You should see the door stay at half height with the motor unhooked before we call that job finished. Call (781) 602-0737 to book directly.
