New door installation is a measured job. The opening, the headroom, and the hardware that has to come out are all part of what the technician looks at before a door is ordered or set in place. We measure the opening, install the door, and adjust it. Haul-away of the old door is included.
Installation is not the same offer as panel replacement or full door replacement, even though a homeowner may use those words interchangeably. A new installation is a new door in the opening. Panel replacement swaps sections. Door replacement is the job of taking the existing door out and putting another door in when repair is no longer the right scope. The estimate is where that choice gets made.
We offer a full warranty on doors. For a new installation, ask what that warranty covers on the door you are buying, and ask about wind rating or insulation if those matter for your house.
