Medford
Medford is the city on the Mystic between Somerville, Arlington, Malden, and Winchester. Medford has two-families, triple-deckers, and older single houses. Some streets have driveways and single garage doors. A crooked door should stay unused until someone sees it. Medford sees close-in winter and river damp. A door that feels heavy, or that drops when you let go, has a spring problem even if it has not snapped yet.
We confirm that with the opener disconnected. The repair is a new spring and a balance adjustment so the door stays where you place it. Call (781) 602-0737 and we will come to the house. The price is given before we start. Bring up a bang, a grind, or a door that stopped halfway, and leave the door unused until we are there.
We can tell those faults apart in the garage. Work begins after you have heard the price. The estimate is free.
