Medford
Medford is the city on the Mystic between Somerville, Arlington, Malden, and Winchester. Medford has two-families, triple-deckers, and older single houses. Some streets have driveways and single garage doors. A crooked door should stay unused until someone sees it. Medford sees close-in winter and river damp. Insulation is a practical question after we see whether the garage is heated and how the old door was built.
We do not print an energy rating as a promise. We can show you insulated and non-insulated options and price them. Bring up a bang, a grind, or a door that stopped halfway, and leave the door unused until we are there. We can tell those faults apart in the garage.
Work begins after you have heard the price. The estimate is free. Stay off a ladder under a spring that has already let go. We bring the right tools for that shaft. A bang overhead means stop. The visit replaces the spring and sets the door so it stays up on its own.
