Parts when a single piece failed and the door itself can stay.
We list parts among our services. A roller, hinge, cable, or similar piece can be the job when the door slab is still sound. Parts come with the service visit, after a free estimate.
Buying a loose part and installing it yourself is not what we do. Springs and cables in particular are not sold here as a do-it-yourself kit. If you only know the symptom — a bang, a tilt, a door that stops halfway — the technician identifies the part on site.
Panel sections are their own job, not a generic part. Openers are their own job. Parts is the leftover category: the hardware that keeps a door you are keeping. Ask which hardware fits the door you are keeping.
Ask how the stated full warranty on doors applies if the visit is only a part. A parts visit is not a lifetime parts promise. Same-day service is offered when the part and the schedule line up. Confirm both by phone.
