Middlesex County
Everett is the dense city between Chelsea, Malden, Medford, and the Mystic River. Everett has two-families and triple-deckers on small lots. Garages are single bays when they exist, often behind the house. Many buildings have no garage. Do not force an off-track door in a narrow space. Everett sees urban winter, street snow, some river damp.
Everett is not an ocean beach, but close to the harbor cities. Bottom fixtures that crack on a heavy door are replaced with the cable. A patch on the old casting is not the repair. A bumper crease high on the vertical track is a different repair from a worn roller, and we treat it that way.
The wall console and the remote should both run a balanced door. If only one works, that one is the repair. Call (781) 602-0737 to book directly.
