Diagnosis, repair and new opener installs, including belt and chain drives.
Opener work covers diagnosis, repair, and new installs. Belt drives and chain drives are both in that scope. Ask on the estimate if you want a particular drive or a phone connection.
A door that starts to close and then reverses, a remote that does nothing, or a motor that hums and stops are all reasons to call for diagnosis. The technician decides whether the opener itself failed or whether the door is too heavy because of a spring or cable problem. Repairing a motor while the door is unbalanced would not be a useful visit, so the diagnosis comes first.
A new install is the other path. John B.'s testimonial, a customer note rather than a Google review, mentions that a new door install also included an opener adjustment. Adjustment of an existing opener and installation of a new one are both conversations you can start on the phone. Bring the width of the door only if you already know it. Measuring is part of the visit.

The service includes new opener installs for belt and chain drives, plus diagnosis and repair of openers already on the door.
