Middlesex County
Lincoln is the low-density town between Lexington, Concord, Weston, and Wayland, with estate lots and few sidewalks. Houses sit back from the road. A long drive and a detached bay are as plausible as an attached door. Tree cover and inland freeze-thaw. Salt spray is not the story.
A cable end that has pulled out of the fixture is put back only with a new fixture if the old one is cracked. Old seal scraps are not left hanging under a new seal. The joint at the floor has to be one clean piece. Binding in the track can look like a dead motor.
We fix the bind and only then decide about the opener. Call (781) 602-0737 to book directly.
