Middlesex County
Maynard is the compact mill town on the Assabet between Acton, Stow, and Sudbury. Maynard has a dense downtown of mill-era buildings and surrounding modest houses. Garages are smaller than in the estate towns nearby. A single or modest double door is typical. Low headroom in an older bay is worth mentioning.
Maynard sees river-valley damp and inland winter. A wide two-car door and a single bay do not take the same spring. We match the one on the wall. A rail that flares out at the bottom lets the door fall inward. We set that rail straight again. We leave the opener disconnected until our own test pass is quiet.
Then we reconnect and watch one more cycle. Call (781) 602-0737 to book directly.
