Bristol County
Dighton has Dighton lines the Taunton River between Berkley, Taunton, and Rehoboth, a small town with village roads rather than a city grid. Dighton sees river fog and winter ice at the threshold. Salt air is milder than the Buzzards Bay shore. If the door drops when the motor is unhooked, the spring is the problem.
We do not condemn the motor from the driveway. One roller riding up over the rail means stop. We repair the piece that let it climb out. A keypad by an exposed door can corrode. That is a separate small repair from the spring and the cables. Shifted horizontal track is rehung so the roller stays in the curve instead of climbing out at the back.
