Bristol County
Berkley is a small town on the Taunton River between Taunton and Dighton, with more river road than a commercial center. A single bay on an older house is common. Berkley sees river damp and a modest snow season. Hardware on the Taunton River road stays wet along the bottom edge.
Extension springs need a safety cable through them. We point that out when the line is missing and we replace the spring. Rear hangers that have pulled out of the ceiling joists are reset so the horizontal track can carry the door. Gear noise inside the powerhead, a grind that stays when the door is disconnected, means the opener itself.
We park at the house and look at the door before we name a part. The failed piece is replaced. A piece that still works is left in place. You can watch the last open and close. Call (781) 602-0737 to book directly.
