Middlesex County
Marlborough is the city on the Assabet between Hudson, Southborough, and Northborough, with a downtown and outer neighborhoods. Marlborough has older streets near downtown and extensive later housing. Two-car doors are common in the outer neighborhoods. Spring and opener work are the usual residential visits. Marlborough sees snow load on wide doors.
Anchor brackets that have loosened on the header are tightened or replaced before the new spring is wound. The door should travel without a rhythmic thump. That thump is the flat spot we came to remove. Gear noise inside the powerhead, a grind that stays when the door is disconnected, means the opener itself.
We count hinges and rollers before we order a set, so a tall door does not come up one short. The count is taken at your opening. A standard pack is not assumed. Call (781) 602-0737 to book directly.
