Worcester County
Southborough is between Westborough, Hopkinton, Ashland, and Marlborough, a residential town on the commuter rail. Southborough has colonials and a small center. Attached garages are the norm on residential roads. The schedule for a town this far west should be asked. Bottom fixtures that crack on a heavy door are replaced with the cable.
A patch on the old casting is not the repair. A center hinge pulled out of line is put back on the stile. The roller is seated in the track afterward. The disconnect is pulled, the door is lifted, and the opener is judged second. That order keeps us from selling a motor you do not need.
The door is moved by hand when that is safe. We can feel a bind, a heavy spring, or a roller that hops. The cause is repaired. The motor goes back on only after that cause is gone. Call (781) 602-0737 to book directly.
