Essex County
North Andover is the town between Andover, Lawrence, Boxford, and Middleton, with a center and large residential areas. Colonials and attached garages are common outside the older center. The town is suburban, not a mill grid. North Andover sees snow on wide doors and ice at the threshold.
A second worn cable will strain a brand new spring, so both lines are inspected while the door is open. A center hinge pulled out of line is put back on the stile. The roller is seated in the track afterward. If the sensors are in the sun and blinking, we shade or realign them before we replace a good pair of eyes.
The wall button and one remote are both used on the final pass. If the button works and the remote does not, the remote is the repair. We do not replace the powerhead for a dead handset. Call (781) 602-0737 to book directly.
