Essex County
Lawrence is the dense mill city on the Merrimack, built in brick, with steep streets and fewer suburban garages than Andover next door. Lawrence has triple-deckers and brick blocks. Private garage doors exist on some streets and are often single bays in tight lots. This is not a two-car colonial city.
If there is, describe a tight lot and whether the door opens to an alley. We come to your home. Lawrence sees river cold, wind between the mills, snow, and ice on hills. A second worn cable will strain a brand new spring, so both lines are inspected while the door is open.
A cracked roller stem is not left in the hinge. The new roller has to sit square or it will walk out again. Force on the opener is set so the door reverses on a real obstacle, not so it can smash through one. Call (781) 602-0737 to book directly.
