Norfolk County
Randolph is a densely settled town between Canton, Braintree, Holbrook, and Avon, built up heavily in the postwar decades. Ranches, raised ranches, and capes are the street pattern. Garages are usually attached and close to the road. Some raised ranches have the door under the first floor with limited headroom.
Low headroom on a raised ranch is the detail that changes the opener conversation. Randolph gets inland-to-coastal wet snow. A wide door on a ranch collects a heavy load, and melt refreezes at the apron. A full travel test is the last step. The door should open and close without a scrape or a drop.
A crooked door is made square before new rollers go in, or the new rollers will wear on the same bend. A door that reverses as soon as it touches the floor usually needs the limit or the force corrected, after the seal is checked. Call (781) 602-0737 to book directly.
