Plymouth County
Whitman is a compact former shoe town between Brockton, Abington, East Bridgewater, and Hanson. Whitman has dense older streets and capes. Garages are modest and close to the road, similar in scale to Abington more than to Duxbury. A single or modest double door on a small lot is the usual opening.
Whitman sees inland winter, plow snow, and freeze-thaw. Bottom fixtures that crack on a heavy door are replaced with the cable. A patch on the old casting is not the repair. Torn rubber at the floor is cut to the opening we measure. The door is then run down onto the apron.
We listen to the unit with the door disconnected. Noise that remains is the opener. Noise that stops was the door. Call (781) 602-0737 to book directly.
