Essex County
Peabody is the inland city between Salem, Danvers, Lynn, and Lynnfield, with a downtown and broad neighborhoods. Peabody has two-families, ranches, and colonials. Garages are common and usually residential attached or tucked behind older houses. A house door that will not close or a spring that snapped are the usual calls.
Peabody sees inland of the harbor but close enough for damp coastal winters. Peabody sees street salt and wet snow. Peabody sees less spray than Marblehead. We set the door so it stays at half height by itself. If it sinks, the balance is not done. Rear hangers that have pulled out of the ceiling joists are reset so the horizontal track can carry the door.
We do not order a new opener from a phone description. We have to see the door and the ceiling together. Call (781) 602-0737 to book directly.
