Essex County
Lynn is the dense coastal city between Swampscott, Saugus, and Revere, with a shoreline and a large inland grid. Lynn has triple-deckers, two-families, and older single houses. Garages are often single bays or behind the house. The shoreline streets take salt. The inland grid is tighter than a suburb.
A stuck door on a narrow lot is a reason to call rather than force it. Lynn sees ocean salt on the shore, street salt and snow inland. Lynn sees wind off the water. Corrosion and freeze-thaw both show up. We disconnect the opener, move the door, and show you the failed spring or cable before anything comes off.
Hinges with elongated holes are replaced. Tightening a bolt in a wallowed hole will not hold the roller. We program the remotes you actually use. Extras that you cannot find are not left able to run the door. Call (781) 602-0737 to book directly.
