Norfolk County
Wellesley is a residential town and college community between Newton, Needham, Natick, Weston, and Dover. Older homes and larger colonials are the pattern, with attached garages on most streets and a few carriage-style detached bays near the older roads. Lots are bigger than in Brookline and smaller than in open farmland.
Carriage-style doors and insulated steel doors are both conversations for an estimate. Inland winter, tree cover, and freeze-thaw. A door under pines stays wet and icy after the street is dry. Slack on one side is secured first. The door is not used again until it hangs square in the rails.
A door that jumps the track after a bump should stay where it stopped. We re-seat it and repair the piece that gave way. Vacation mode and lock switches on the wall control are checked when a remote suddenly does nothing. Call (781) 602-0737 to book directly.
