Norfolk County
Needham is a commuter town between Newton, Wellesley, Dedham, and Dover, with a downtown and clearly residential hills. Colonials and expanded capes are the usual houses. Garages are attached two-car bays on many streets, with older single doors nearer the center. Those are different visits. Call for hours and ask whether a Needham stop fits today.
Nor'easter snow and a freeze after rain are the seasonal load on a door. Salt air is not the local problem. If the door drops when the motor is unhooked, the spring is the problem. We do not condemn the motor from the driveway. Struts on a wide door are looked at when the panel is bowing.
A roller repair will not flatten a tired section. We confirm the door reverses on the way down and stops cleanly on the way up. Both limits have to be right. Call (781) 602-0737 to book directly.
