Middlesex County
Newton is the city of villages, from Newton Corner and Nonantum to West Newton, Newton Centre, and Chestnut Hill, between Boston, Brookline, Waltham, and Needham. Nonantum and Newton Corner are tighter and older. West Newton and Newton Centre have larger houses and attached garages. Some carriage bays remain.
Lots are not rural. An older carriage bay and a two-car door in a later neighborhood are different estimates. Close-in winter, tree cover, freeze-thaw. The Charles edge stays damp. Stay out from under a door that has gone slack on one side. We secure it before new parts go on.
Horizontal track that sags at the back of the garage is rehung so the roller stays in the curve. We write the opener price at the house after the look. A phone guess at the model is not a quote. Call (781) 602-0737 to book directly.
