A door on the house and a door on a shed at the back of the lot are different stops.
In short. A door on the house and a door on a shed at the back of the lot are different stops.
Attached bays share a wall with living space. Headroom may be tight, a bedroom may sit overhead, and the driveway is usually the obvious approach. Detached bays, barns, and sheds can mean a longer walk, a lower opening, or a building that is not a garage at all.
Confirm there is a residential door if the property is mostly woods, a barn, or a shore cottage. A carriage opening that swings, rather than a sectional on rails, needs that description before a truck is loaded for the wrong hardware.
The map pin is often wrong for a detached bay behind the house.
Describe the size honestly. A small door is a different visit from a two-car bay.
