Franklin County
Shelburne includes Shelburne Falls, shared across the river with Buckland, and rural land west of Greenfield. A village bay and a farm-road door are different descriptions. Shelburne sees river damp at the falls and a harder cold on the western roads. Stay out from under a door that has gone slack on one side.
We secure it before new parts go on. We repair the track you have when the steel is sound. Replacing a whole rail is for a rail that is creased or rusted through. The antenna wire on the powerhead is left extended. A remote that only works up close is often that simple.
Stand to one side for the last travel if you want to watch. We are done when the door rises, stops, and returns without catching. The bay is yours once the tools are clear. Call (781) 602-0737 to book directly.
