Hampshire County
Ware is the mill town on the Ware River between Palmer, Belchertown, and Hardwick. Ware has a mill downtown and surrounding wood-frame houses. Hills rise behind the river. Ware has a house door if one exists. Ware sees river-valley cold and snow. One side hanging low is treated as a cable or spring fault.
People stay out of the opening until the door hangs level. The top roller carries the curve. If it is worn, the door will jump there even when the lower rollers are quiet. Up-limit travel that bangs the stop is shortened. The door does not need to crash the header every cycle.
A keypad that has corroded is a small repair of its own. It is not a reason to condemn the motor. We can replace the pad and leave a good opener where it is. Call (781) 602-0737 to book directly.
