Barnstable County
Chatham sits at the elbow of the Cape, between the ocean and Nantucket Sound, more exposed than the mid-Cape towns. Chatham has village houses, shore homes, and a compact downtown. Garages are often older and smaller. Wind reaches more of the town than in an inland village. A Chatham visit is a Cape schedule question.
We come to your home. Chatham sees ocean exposure, salt, and storms. A door seal takes wind-driven rain. A spring that was sized for a lighter door is not left in place once we have weighed this one by hand. The vertical track must be plumb and the horizontal track level enough for the rollers to stay put.
A cracked gear kit is an opener repair we can do on many residential units, without replacing the whole machine. Call (781) 602-0737 to book directly.
