Worcester County
Rutland is a rural-suburban town between Holden, Paxton, Oakham, and Barre, higher than Worcester. Rutland sees a colder hill winter than the city. Shade and elevation keep morning ice. We look at both cables when one has failed, because the second line is often the same age. The vertical track must be plumb and the horizontal track level enough for the rollers to stay put.
We do not leave force turned up to hide a bad spring. The spring is fixed and the force comes back down. Children stay out of the bay while a slack door is secured. The panel can shift. Making that opening safe comes before any talk of which part failed.
