Before any work begins, your technician provides a clear written quote on-site. If the scope changes mid-job, we stop and discuss — no additions without your approval.
Do you charge a service call fee?
A standard diagnostic fee covers dispatch and on-site assessment. It is waived when a repair is completed on the same visit — so most customers pay zero call fee.
Can I pay after the work is done?
Payment is collected on completion, after you have reviewed and approved the finished work. We never ask for full payment before arriving.
Is staged billing available for large installations?
For new door installations or multi-door commercial projects, we can discuss a deposit-and-balance payment schedule. Call us before scheduling to work out the details.
Do you accept credit cards?
At this time we accept Zelle, Venmo, cash, and check. Credit card acceptance is planned — ask your technician about current options at booking.
