Berkshire County
Lee is the town on the Housatonic between Lenox and Becket, with a downtown and paper-mill history. Lee has a compact downtown and residential streets. Lee has some older houses, some later ones. Do not assume a same-day opening from the eastern part of the state. Lee sees Berkshire valley snow and cold.
Extension springs need a safety cable through them. We point that out when the line is missing and we replace the spring. We do not hammer an off-track panel back into the rails. The door is secured, then the failed hinge or roller is repaired. Sensors that blink are checked after the door itself moves freely.
A bind in the track will set those lights off too. Call (781) 602-0737 to book directly.
