Hampshire County
Goshen is a very small hill town between Ashfield, Cummington, Chesterfield, and Williamsburg. Very small, high, and spread out, with houses on roads that connect larger hill towns. Do not expect a same-hour arrival. Elevation is the weather. A door can be frozen in while Williamsburg is only wet.
A kinked cable is replaced even when only a few strands show. The rest of that line is already tired. The top roller carries the curve. If it is worn, the door will jump there even when the lower rollers are quiet. The light on the unit can fail on its own.
We do not treat a dark bulb as a dead opener. An opener that hums and does not move is not condemned from the driveway. We free the door and try again. A door that then lifts by hand points us at the spring, not at a new motor.
