Franklin County
Monroe is a very small town on the Vermont line, east of Rowe and Florida, along the Deerfield. Properties are far apart. A visit this far up is a schedule and access question. Monroe sees valley wind funneled along the river, plus a hill freeze on the side roads.
Two springs on a wide door are often changed together, so the older one does not fail the following week. The vertical track must be plumb and the horizontal track level enough for the rollers to stay put. Chain lube is not a repair for a skipping sprocket.
We replace the part that is actually worn. Cables stay in pairs even when only one looks bad. The older mate is called out so you can decide. We do not knot a frayed line and call that a repair. Call (781) 602-0737 to book directly.
