Barnstable County
Yarmouth includes Yarmouth Port on the bay and South Yarmouth and West Yarmouth toward the Sound, one town with two very different shores. The north side is an older village of historic houses. The south side is denser, with motels, cottages, and year-round homes. Garage doors are far more common on the south-side residential streets.
Bay side and Sound side are both salty and windy, in different directions. Humidity is the year-round constant. We set the door so it stays at half height by itself. If it sinks, the balance is not done. We do not hammer an off-track panel back into the rails.
The door is secured, then the failed hinge or roller is repaired. Belt tension is set so the belt does not slap, and not so tight that it whines. We check it on a real cycle. Call (781) 602-0737 to book directly.
