Berkshire County
Monterey is a small town between Great Barrington, Otis, and New Marlborough, with a lake and a short center. Lots are larger than a village street. Those two openings do not want the same description. Monterey sees lake damp plus Berkshire cold. A door near the water stays wet, then ices, while a house on the ridge takes more wind.
A door that slams shut from a standing start needs the lifting power corrected, not a stronger motor setting. A bent roller stem is replaced rather than bent back. Straightening it leaves a crack that breaks on the next cycle. The manual release cord is left where you can reach it.
We do not tuck it up out of the way. Call (781) 602-0737 to book directly.
