Middlesex County
Townsend is a rural town on the New Hampshire line between Pepperell, Ashby, and Lunenburg, with a harbor on the Squannacook that is a river, not the ocean. Townsend sees no salt-air story, despite the harbor name. We replace both cables when the one that failed has a twin of the same age on the other drum.
A seal that lets daylight along the floor is measured and replaced. We do not stretch an old seal back into place. Binding in the track can look like a dead motor. We fix the bind and only then decide about the opener. Low brackets flaked by salt are replaced.
The door skin above that rust can still be worth keeping. Call (781) 602-0737 to book directly.
