Franklin County
Deerfield includes the historic street, South Deerfield, and farmland on the Connecticut and Deerfield rivers. The historic street is not a garage-door neighborhood. South Deerfield and the surrounding roads have ordinary houses, some with garages, some with barns. A visit is scheduled by phone. Deerfield sees river-valley cold and wind.
Balance is checked at mid-travel with the opener disconnected. A door that creeps is not a finished job. Grit in the lower track is cleared, and any roller that was grinding in that grit is replaced. Side-mount motors are for low ceilings. We do not force a rail into a garage that cannot take it.
The written note lists the part we changed. A cable or roller that was still good is still on the door. Call (781) 602-0737 to book directly.
