Norfolk County
Millis is a small mill village on the Charles, between Medfield, Medway, and Norfolk, easy to confuse with those neighbors on a map. The village core has older, closer houses. Outlying roads have a thinner scatter of capes and colonials. Many garages are single bays. Steel doors on the outer roads are a different estimate.
We come to your home. The river keeps the village air damp. Millis sees wood doors and wood jambs in the older center swell more than steel doors on the outskirts. One side hanging low is treated as a cable or spring fault. People stay out of the opening until the door hangs level.
A header seal that has dropped into the opening is reattached or replaced so it does not catch the top panel. Wiring to the wall button is checked when the button is dead and the remote still works. Call (781) 602-0737 to book directly.
