Berkshire County
Lenox is the town between Pittsfield and Lee, known for summer culture, with a village and wooded residential roads. Lenox is a village and larger older houses, some with carriage bays, plus ordinary residential doors. Estate outbuildings are not automatically garage doors. A visit is a schedule question.
Lenox sees snow and cold after the summer season ends. The off-season is the icy one. The opener goes back to work only after a full open and close without scraping. That pass is part of the spring job. A door that racks, with the top ahead of the bottom, needs the hinges and the cables looked at together.
An opener that quits on a heavy door is often innocent. We test the balance with the trolley disconnected. Call (781) 602-0737 to book directly.
