Berkshire County
Becket is a hill town on the way to the turnpike, between Lee, Otis, and Washington, with a center and long wooded roads. Houses sit in the trees, and a garage is often beside the house rather than under a city block. A door that will not open onto snow is the winter call.
Hill snow piles on a wooded drive, and melt from the trees refreezes on the apron. A heavy door is lifted by hand, with the motor unhooked, before anyone talks about replacing the opener. Old seal scraps are not left hanging under a new seal. The joint at the floor has to be one clean piece.
The wall console and the remote should both run a balanced door. If only one works, that one is the repair. Call (781) 602-0737 to book directly.
