Franklin County
Buckland shares the village of Shelburne Falls with Shelburne, across the Deerfield River, and is otherwise rural. Those are different drives, and only one of them is the door. Buckland sees river damp in the falls village and a harder freeze on the upland roads. Anchor brackets that have loosened on the header are tightened or replaced before the new spring is wound.
Loose center hinges let the sections separate. We fasten them and then run the door to see that the joints stay closed. Chain lube is not a repair for a skipping sprocket. We replace the part that is actually worn. Weatherstrip off a leftover roll is not stretched across a wider opening.
We cut a fresh piece to length. Call (781) 602-0737 to book directly.
