Some streets require a color, a window row, or a carriage face. If an association or a historic district has that rule, bring the sheet to the estimate. The technician can match a door to a written requirement. The technician does not submit the application.
A rule you do not have yet is not a reason to guess. Ask the association what it wants, then book the look. Colors are chosen on the visit, and a particular overlay may not be in stock.
Condominium garages add a unit number and sometimes a rule about the door skin. A shared underground garage is still described door by door.
