In short. Sensors and keypads are opener parts. The visit names them and does not program them.
Photo eyes are the small boxes near the floor on either side of the opening. Aiming, wiring, and sensitivity are not instructions published here.
A keypad on the jamb that no longer accepts a code is a symptom. So is a remote that fails while the wall button still works. Bring the old remote only if you are asking whether a replacement operator can use it. No pairing steps are printed.
Flashing lights on the motor are something to describe in plain words: how many, what color if you can tell. They are not a code we will translate.
We program keypads on the visit. Call (781) 602-0737 and describe what the keypad is doing.
Maybe not. That narrows the call.
